SEND Advisory Support

During the COVID 19 crisis we know there is a need to support both the wider community and schools in their response to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

The local authority, working in partnership with Clinical Commissioning Group colleagues, NHS providers and third sector organisations have developed a SEND Advisory Support Service.

So that our services are in the best position to offer you appropriate support for a child or young person with SEND, it would be helpful if you could please complete the form below. Tell us what you are worried about and what you need support with.  We will then contact you back.

This form can be completed by a parent, young person or a professional on behalf of a family.

This is a term-time only service.
