What support did you get to help you achieve your goals?

Throughout my whole Apprenticeship, I have been supported by both Way 2 Work and Achieving for Children. I have always been able to ask for help with my NVQ work and also help when it comes to my disability.

How supportive has your employer been and have they made any adjustments for you in the workplace?

Due to my disability, my employer has made lots of adjustments for me and has been very understanding of my capabilities.

What is the best thing about your job or apprenticeship?

The best thing about my apprenticeship is that I have been able to gain a qualification whilst getting work experience. Doing this apprenticeship has helped me figure out what career path I want to go down.

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome these?

My disability has to be the biggest challenge I have faced, it has limited me to not being able to do certain things. However, I have been able to find ways around doing these thing.
