We are the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Parent and Carer Engagement Team in Kingston and Richmond. Our role is to ensure that parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities are fully engaged with the services provided by Achieving for Children.
Our job is to:
- improve access to services and support for all SEND families.
- to ensure that the views, wishes and feelings of SEND parents and carers from all communities are listened to and reflected in the services provided by Achieving for Children.
- lead the launch and delivery of the SEND Parent Champions scheme (opens a new window).
