The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) published a report on 14th January criticising Richmond Council and Achieving for Children for not effectively supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

At the Children and Young People with Disabilities and Learning Difficulties Partnership Forum (CYPwDLD) held on 21 January, Ian Dodds committed to publishing information and progress on the LGSCO review on this website. This will include a weekly summary of how many cases have been reviewed. We will add this information to this page as soon it becomes available.

The following document from the South West London Audit Partnership (SWLAP) sets out the objective, scope and methodology of the review. The audit being carried out as part of the review started on 1st February and a final report of the findings must be completed by 13th April 2020.
