Update:

The Council's Education and Children's Services Committee approved the proposal at its meeting on 25 July 2019.

 

Achieving for Children, on behalf of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, is consulting on a statutory proposal to establish, from September 2021 onwards, a specialist resource provision (SRP) for up to 14 children with Education and Health Care Plans who have Social Communication Needs including both Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties as their main presenting special educational needs.
