Description of activity
Kingston Music Service (KMS) provides instrumental and vocal music lessons to young people and adults in Kingston. We offer lessons both in schools and at our evening and Saturday morning music centres.
In addition, we run a number of bands, orchestras and other ensembles for young people to make music together and organise regular concerts and tours.
Learn about music technology and record your own music with the support of our dedicated technicians in our recording studio at the Hook Centre.
We hire musical instruments and also offer an instrument repair service.
KMS is a non-profit making organisation, receiving funding from Kingston Council and Arts Council England.
KMS is a member of the UK Association for Music Education - Music Mark.
