Description of activity
We are the Young Carers' Project, part of Kingston Carers' Network. We are a charity dedicated to supporting children and young people in the borough of Kingston-upon-Thames, between the ages of 5 and 18, who have caring responsibilities for someone at home.
We work hard to offer young carers opportunities to access information, advice, support and a break from caring in a safe and positive environment outside of the home (visit our how we can help page for more information). To do this, we rely solely on funding from outside the organisation. If you would like to get involved in helping us to continue with our work visit our support us page!
If you would like more information about getting involved with the Young Carers' Project, visit the contact us page for the contact details of the Young Carers' Project team and get in touch!
