Description of activity

London Care Partnership provides specialist residential support for people up to the age of 35. Through our programmes of education and activity – at home and in the community – we lead individuals on a journey to greater independence, preparing them for the transition to supported living.

Our Services
All of the young people who come to us are individuals. Each different in their own way. Every one with their own unique needs. But all of them with the same potential to lead better, more fulfilling and satisfying lives.

At London Care Partnership, everything we do centres on the individual, giving them positive, person-centred support, surrounding them with others of a similar age and encouraging them to assimilate new experiences and share interests with their peer group.

We support those with a range of learning disabilities, including:

Autistic Spectrum Disorder
Learning Disability and Mental Health Needs
Complex Support Needs and Behaviours that Challenge

While we only accept referrals and undertake assessments for Social Services and Health Teams, we welcome enquiries from parents, advocates, schools and colleges. We can provide preliminary advice on a person’s possible suitability for a place, and explain the kind of services we provide. Visits to any one our homes can also be arranged.
