Resilience in Progress!
Are you a parent or take care of children or young people?
Would you like to learn more about resilience and how the brain works and develops?
Would you like to take part of a course that is designed by parents and mental health professionals?
Richmond Mind has started a new course for parents in Richmond, 'Resilience in Progress!' In five weeks, parents will learn about the importance of resilience for good mental health, including learning on how the brain works and develops. Participants will also learn practical skills to build resilience in ourselves and our children.
The course has been designed by parents and mental health professionals. The second round starts on the 28th of June and will take place on the following five Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm. The second round is a pilot, so Richmond Mind would like to hear your ideas and feedback about the course so they can improve it for future parents and carers!
