Parent Champions Network - 'Light Within' Yoga @ PowerStation Youth Centre
Parent Champions Network is a non-professional, informal volunteer lead project uniting parents to support other parents through times of need and crisis, including but not limited to: arrests, exclusions, pandemic-related issues, school attendance, behavioural problems and more. The support cafes are a welcoming environment to meet with friends and other parents, discuss local issues and share hobbies and interests.
‘Light Within’ - mental health support yoga: Free yoga sessions hosted by an instructor, then parents can stay for tea and coffee afterwards
