Art Therapy to prepare women for a positive perinatal experience. Perinatal mental ill health currently affects 1 in 5 women. A new course being offered by Collective Arts London takes a preventative and empowering approach to mental
wellbeing by using positive psychology and art therapy techniques.

These will be Zoom based-sessions, designed to reduce anxiety, enhance mood and relaxation and prepare women for a positive perinatal experience. The course also includes a posted art kit. The Creative Wellbeing Project is run in partnership with The
Perinatal Mental Health Team at West Middlesex Hospital and is available to women
living in Richmond and the surrounding boroughs.

• 24 March – 21 April, 10:30 -12:00
• 16 June – 14 July 10:30 -12:00
• 1 September - 29 September 10:30 -12:00
