Richmond Council have a Children and Young People’s Plan 2017 - 2022. However, they are now reviewing and updating this plan to ensure that the voice of the children and young people within the borough are the central focus of the Children and Young People’s Plan 2023 – 2028.
They have listened to a range of children and young people within the area through a series of surveys and focus groups, and have discovered the pressing issues in the borough.
