The Civil Service has published a new 'Diversity and Inclusion Strategy' which outlines a plan to become the UK's most inclusive employer by 2020. They aim to focus on the twin priorities of building greater representation and inclusion across all departments. The Civil Service is already a member of the government's 'Disability Confident' scheme (which replaces the previous 'Two Ticks Positive about Disabled People' scheme).
